Please prepare by having the following item on hand: cup, bowl, hand towel, freshwater, gin/clear alcohol*, shea butter, honey, salt. *Liquor is not compulsory if you don't normally use it, feel free to exclude it from the ritual. Shea butter can be substituted with cocoa butter, coconut oil, or palm oil.
